Bio, in brief!
I was born in western France, and after studying literature, languages, and communication, I quickly became fascinated by discovering other cultures. Driven by my strong interest in art, I spent a few years in Italy, in Rome, a time I remember with profound fondness and emotion. I then returned to France, where I worked for over ten years in the creative sector and later in editorial management for websites in diverse industries such as telecommunications, publishing, television, and banking.
In 2002, I first arrived in Stockholm as a tourist and, mentally at least, never really left.
In 2011, I decided to settle in Stockholm permanently and (somewhat by chance at first) began working as a guide (French-Italian) for cruise ships, as well as a French teacher. Soon growing tired of the fast-paced and superficial nature of these tours, and after earning my license as an official city guide, I started developing my own tours in French and Italian, offering them on various platforms.
In 2019, I created Scandikidstours with my colleague Christine Bordin from Nordic Insite, a guided tour website tailored for ages 6-12 (available in English and French). The site has already gained popularity with English-speaking families but, in my opinion, not yet as much with French speakers.
I founded Stockholm à la carte to offer unique and inspired guided tours in four languages (French, English, Italian, and Spanish), with tours of varying lengths but always with the same enthusiasm and energy to help you discover Stockholm and Sweden in a professional, interactive, and friendly way.
I select guides based on three criteria: skills, interaction ability, and good humor. These qualities are, in my view, crucial for effectively sharing information and encouraging genuine reflection and learning among our visitors. For me, traveling is also transformative: discovering a new country or city shapes and enriches us uniquely. Traveling is not just about seeing new places; it’s an immersion into different cultures, unexpected encounters, and experiences that open new perspectives.

My various collaborations
Nordic Insite
I also collaborate with Christine Bordin, Founder of Nordic Insite (in Copenhagen), on projects organized in various Scandinavian cities, where I serve as the Operations Manager in Stockholm.
We are also jointly working on organizing a sustainable architecture festival in Stockholm. This dynamic collaboration allows me to develop more specialized and international tour programs with architect groups visiting Stockholm.

Scandikidstours
In 2019, I co-founded Scandikidstours with Christine Bordin, a site offering guided tours in Stockholm specifically aimed at children ages 6-12. We have designed guided tours in English and French that combine learning, games, and active participation from the children, ensuring a rich and engaging discovery of the city or the theme being explored. All our guides are skilled educators who know how to captivate children's attention.
