Cooking Class (and Meal)

Whether you’re a beginner cook or a passionate food lover, this immersive experience will allow you to discover the secrets of Nordic cuisine while preparing a delicious menu, guided by Swedish culinary specialists.

After a brief introduction to the menu, the ingredients used, and the methods implemented to prepare your recipe, you will dive into creating your dish or menu with the products provided by our partner's workshop. Your experienced instructor will guide you step by step, offering tips and advice to optimize your cooking method and achieve a quality result.

The recipes are selected by local chefs, and the ingredients come from local agriculture. You will work in small groups, allowing you to observe and participate fully in this Swedish cooking lesson.

This course is not only an opportunity to learn how to prepare an authentic Scandinavian menu, but also to discover local culinary culture while discussing all kinds of topics with the chefs.
