Whether you’re a beginner cook or a passionate food lover, this immersive experience will allow you to discover the secrets of Nordic cuisine while preparing a delicious menu, guided by Swedish culinary specialists.
After a brief introduction to the menu, the ingredients used, aYou will form groups and start working on your menu (3 dishes for lunch and 4 dishes for dinner) using the products provided by our supplier's workshop. Your experienced instructor will guide you step by step, moving from group to group, offering tips and advice to optimize your preparation method and achieve a high-quality result.
All the recipes are selected by local chefs, and the ingredients come from local agriculture. You will work in small groups, allowing you to observe and participate fully in this Swedish cooking lesson.
After the cooking workshop, you will gather around the table to enjoy what you have prepared (3-course menu at lunchtime and 4-course menu in the evening), accompanied by wines specially selected by our chefs to pair with each dish. For those who do not drink alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages paired with the menu will also be offered.
This course is not only an opportunity to learn how to prepare an authentic Scandinavian menu, but also to discover local culinary culture while discussing all kinds of topics with the chefs.
This activity is available with a minimum of 8 participants, and prices vary depending on whether you choose the lunch version (3 dishes) or the dinner version (4 dishes).
