To truly understand Stockholm, you need to experience it from the inside and go beyond the typical tourist attractions to explore everything that isn’t visible at first glance, everything happening behind the scenes.

Our tour, called "Like a Swede", developed by experts who have been living in Stockholm for over 11 years, gives you just that opportunity for a day.

Our goal is simple: to show you how Swedes live on a daily basis, what structures Swedish society, and what unites it as well: their unique approach to children, the education system, the social model, their political organization, their particular relationship with trust, and more. These insights will help you better understand certain behaviors or reactions during your stay and help you decode some of the complex paradoxes inherent in any society.

During our (flexible) tour, we will focus on key buildings around the city to structure our visit, allowing you to see (the show and the stage) but also to understand (the backstage and behind-the-scenes). This way, you’ll discover the important buildings of the city with a deeper, more informed perspective, thanks to the expertise of your guide.

A fika (the typical Swedish coffee break accompanied by a sweet treat) will also be offered halfway through the tour and is included in the price.
