This tour, called The Swedish Dolce Vita, is dedicated to everything that makes life sweet in Sweden — the simple pleasures, but also a certain kind of Swedish elegance. There are no Vespas or fountain baths here, no Via Vittorio Veneto (although... that's debatable ????), but instead, a true epicurean approach and a philosophy of life centered on enjoying the present moment.

Here, much like in Fellini’s film, the jet set has its own district, its customs and behaviors sometimes tinged with scandal. We will begin our tour with a guided walk through the chic district of Östermalm, the epicenter of Stockholm’s social life. We will explore its elegant cafés, luxury boutiques, and Michelin-starred restaurants, where the Swedish art of living truly comes to life. As we stroll through these streets, you'll immerse yourself in a serene atmosphere, balancing Stockholm’s cultural buzz with the tranquility of its residential neighborhoods. You’ll come to understand how, here, the pursuit of well-being is linked to a respect for time, an appreciation of beauty, and the joy found in life's small pleasures.

But The Swedish Dolce Vita is also an invitation to savor simple moments: a walk by the water, a fika break in a minimalist café, or the tasting of typical dishes that reflect the authenticity of Scandinavian cuisine, all within an enchanting setting. And there’s no better place to experience this than in Stockholm’s vast archipelago.

We'll take a boat to reach a place in perfect harmony with nature: Artipelag, located about 1.5 hours from Stockholm. Once there, you'll immediately feel the magic of the location during a short introductory walk by the water, under the shelter of trees.

You will then have a free lunch break, during which you can picnic by the water (weather permitting), stroll around the sculpture path, explore the design shop inside the building, or simply relax in one of the two restaurants within the museum and enjoy a typical Swedish dish.

After lunch, we’ll visit the museum exhibition together, where the rooms feel almost immersed in the surrounding nature.

Around 3:30 PM, we will take the boat back to Stockholm to visit the National Museum.

In this journey of exploring the Swedish dolce vita, the National Museum provides a setting where art meets elegance. The building itself, with its majestic architecture and vast, light-filled rooms, evokes a sense of quiet luxury. The collections, rich in paintings, sculptures, decorative arts, and design, reflect the aesthetic and refinement that define this Nordic version of the dolce vita.
